Energy coaching is for people who are feeling stuck in some way. It is ongoing, purposeful work, and I encourage real and sustainable outer change, while also taking into account that sometimes the reason we struggle to change is because the 'stuckness' is at a deeper frequency that's harder to access with our rational mind. 

When we are in an online session together, we will have a conversation for part of the time, and then we will drop into a more meditative, visualising state. I tune into your energy field and start to guide you to do the same. Although this can feel very relaxing, this work is designed to support you in your outer life. It is not about zoning out, but rather being able to drop into the place of your own deepest wisdom and taking what you find there out into the world. It is using that to inform your next right step in life.

Much of it will be an exploration of your energy. I will act as your guide and it will feel more like a visualisation than any coaching session you may have had.

  • Perhaps the instabilities in the world are getting you to question what you really want and need out of life

  • Maybe you are tired of the hustle and the need to ‘keep up’ or perhaps you feel stuck and unable to move forward

  • Maybe you feel disconnected from who you really are

  • Perhaps you are wondering more about the ‘big picture’ and how you fit into it

  • Maybe you really know and sense that there is more to this life than what is immediate or obvious, but you have no idea how to tap into that

  • Perhaps you feel deeply unfulfilled in your life as it is and long to have some guidance and help to go deeper.

  • You may have tried meditation, yoga, talking therapy, coaching and other modalities, but you are still feeling stuck

  • There may be a particular area of your life that isn’t feeling good for you, or it just may be a general feeling of immobility. It could be an area that you try to avoid thinking about, or something that bothers you repeatedly. It could be a habit you find hard to break or a pattern or cycle that keeps repeating.

  • Perhaps you are feeling frustrated, lost or despondent that there seems to be something that you can’t access.
