 It is everything that we are.

Our skin, our muscles, our ligaments, our bones. Our fluids, our organs, our chemistry.

But more than that.

The layers of all of the moments that we have walked the earth. Our ancestral history.

We are our story.

These can be physical stories of the habits, traumas or accidents that have occurred or these can be all of the happenings, good and bad that have made us who we are today. The knocks, the pains, the hurts. The thoughts crystallised into beliefs. The fears, the joys.

We are all of those things and we carry them with us.

Layer upon layer of postures, movements, unexpressed anger, disappointments.

I specialise in accessing the heart of a person’s story and I facilitate the healing of their pain in a way that integrates the entire body, emotions, and energy. I use hands-on Amatsu treatment, coaching, soul work and energy integration.

Are you my client?

My clients are people who want to feel better than they do right now. Most come to me initially because they have physical pain that other treatments have not helped to clear. Others have been referred to me because they feel somehow stuck in other ways - emotionally or spiritually, perhaps - and they would like to explore support that accesses that stuckness via their body.
