There is a stillness and a peace that exists in all of us
Just pause for a moment, maybe even read that statement again. Let it drift through your mind and settle. There is a stillness and peace that exists in all of us. As hard as that might be to believe, it is true. And it is there for all of us to access.
Most of us have very little time for stillness and peace. And yet, we crave it and long for it in a world that makes us feel busier and busier. We do more, organise more, plan more, in order to rest.
In truth, inner work is a journey that lasts a lifetime. But once we know that that place exists within us, the meaning and purpose that it brings into our daily life is breath-taking. This inner work opens me up to the understanding that life can be magical and can also help to bring about a sense of peace when times are challenging.
I love helping people take the time that they need to go within and explore and I do this through one-to-one Soul Coaching sessions (online) and through an 8 week program, Soulwork for Novices.

My aim and desire is to draw together some of the practices and experiences that enriched me along the way, making this accessible and safe for newcomers to this work, while providing a deep and lasting shift for the participants to discover tools to build resilience, to tap into deeper calm and peace, to feel happier and more centred, to access contentment and gratitude more frequently and to support the people around them more effectively.

Module one: Practicing noticing
This module:
sets the stage with a process of enquiry - where are you in your life right now? What draws you to this work?
share the importance of journalling
includes exercises to wake up our senses and make us more receptive to the world around us
shows the value of noticing our thoughts and how we can shift them to change our mood
offers visualisation as a tool to aid the process of going within
module Two: Connecting with Nature
In this module you will:
expand your mindfulness practice using nature as a guide and an inspiration
complete a deeply connecting experience in nature
explore the importance of gratitude
continue your visualisation practice
module Three: Connecting With Your Body
You will:
explore the relationship you have with your own body
open up to seeing your body as a wonderful, intelligent and magical system
explore the importance of gut feelings
use movement as a tool to go within
module Four: Connecting With Your Soul
You will:
draw together all that you have learnt so far
learn how you can shape your thoughts
understand the difference between your Ego and your Soul
meet your Ego and Soul in visualisation and see how this can help you to live more meaningfully and peacefully
