About me..

In 2003, aged 25, I returned from a year of solo travel around the world. I was lost and disillusioned, unsure of which direction to take next.  I was trying to decide what mattered to me and what I wanted to do. I was advised to make a mind map, writing down everything that moved and inspired me. I distilled this down over the course of a day and was left with this one statement:

‘I want to help people to see how amazing they are’

This became my ‘why’ and has been at the core of my work since.

I’ve trained to be a coach, studied the beautiful art of Amatsu and worked with numerous teachers, mentors and healers to help me to go deeper into myself and use what I find to help others. Magic has found its way into my life on numerous occasions as I have opened up to learning and discovery.

In Western teachings, we have learnt to separate. We have specialists for different parts of the body and we often see incidences in our lives as discrete and without meaning. I believe that everything is interconnected and this thread runs through everything that I do.

I am now a wife and mother, managing the magic and the mundane, the learning and the doing. I have experienced my own journey which has included change, loss, death and mental illness alongside joy, peace and magnificence! I know that all of my life experiences - wonderful and tragic - have made me who I am today and add increasing depth and empathy to my work. I am committed to growing in my own life, and I whole-heartedly support the same in those people whose lives touch mine.

My commitment to you, should you choose to work with me, is to support you in realistic growth. I will be honest with how many sessions I think you need, whichever way you choose to work with me. I will help you to see all of the things that you are already doing well with. I will make suggestions that you can manage and I will not overwhelm you with information or advice.

I know that any kind of change, growth or self-discovery is most sustainable when it can begin within the context of your life as it is right now. So let’s start there.

I look forward to meeting you, if it feels right to you.
